Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

  1. They do not see patients.
  2. They see patients but have not yet received the minimum number of patient experience reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is statistically reliable and an accurate reflection of patient experience.

About me

I am a diagnostic radiologist with specialized expertise in neuroradiology. My career spans basic neuroscience research, academic medicine, and private practice, combining technical expertise in diagnostic imaging with my broader interests in neuroscience and brain imaging.

After completing medical school at New York University with a Ph.D. in neuroscience as a part of the Medical Scientist Training Program, I did my internship in general surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, and completed my diagnostic radiology residency and neuroradiology fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University. My clinical expertise encompasses general radiology and neuroradiology.

My research background provides substantial depth in neurobiological systems. My graduate work examined molecular mechanisms regulating action potentials in neocortical fast-spiking interneurons, earning recognition through a Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.

  1. Check your network. If you have health insurance,  call your company to find out if the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is part of your network.
  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
