About me

Andrew Phelps, MD, is a Professor of Radiology at Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Phelps received his medical degree from the University of California, San Diego in 2006, and completed his residency in Radiology at the University of California, San Francisco in 2011, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Phelps completed a fellowship in Pediatric Radiology at the Boston Children’s Hospital in 2012. After graduating from fellowship, Dr. Phelps spent 8 years on faculty in the department of Radiology & Biomedical Imaging at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Phelps' academic interests include medical illustration and pediatric ultrasound.

  2. Ask what you will pay. Your insurance company can tell you what your costs are likely to be.

If you schedule an appointment and your health insurance does not include OHSU Health, you may have to pay more than if you go to a provider in your insurance network.
