Visiting Professor Nancy Spector, M.D.
The Office of Faculty Development, with support from the Dean Sharon Anderson Faculty Development Fund, will be hosting a visiting professor program, Leading Change in Academic Health Centers, with multiple sessions featuring Nancy Spector, M.D.
Dr. Spector, from the Drexel University College of Medicine, is a Senior Vice Dean for Faculty, Professor of Pediatrics, Executive Director of the ELAM and ELH programs, and the Executive Director of Lynn Yeakel Institute for Women’s Health and Leadership.

Call for proposals: Faculty Development Grant Award
Thanks to The Dean Sharon Anderson Faculty Development Fund, administered by the School of Medicine Office of Faculty Development, we are pleased to announce a call for proposals for grants supporting SoM faculty in advancing their professional growth, educational and research innovations, scholarly activity, leadership development and the pursuit of well-being, diversity, equity and inclusion.
This award is designed to enhance the skills, capabilities, and career trajectories of faculty by funding opportunities that directly contribute to excellence at OHSU.
- Award Amount: Up to $5,000
- Eligibility: SoM Faculty
- Application Deadline: April 30

Join OHSU colleagues on select Fridays for virtual workshops focused on teaching excellence, leadership development, wellness, equity and more.

CV Drop-in Sessions
Space will be reserved for a three-hour block of time for SoM faculty to update their Curriculum Vitae (CV). Drop-in during any point and stay for as long as they would like. Sample CV's of existing OHSU faculty at different career stages will be made available.
