Camaraderie Groups Pilot Program

Are you seeking to connect with your colleagues from across the organization? OHSU Well-Being is seeking eligible OHSU employees to participate in a pilot program called “Camaraderie Groups” scheduled to launch in March. This program is modeled on several similar programs nationally and is intended to help build a sense of community, shared purpose, workplace satisfaction and well-being among participants. The team intends to expand this program to all employee groups if the initial pilot is valuable to participants.

Eligible employees for the initial pilot must be a current employee of OHSU and either a physician, APP, nurse or manager. Future iterations of this project will be open to other employee groups.

Time commitment: Complete pre- and post- anonymous surveys via Qualtrics and a brief 6-month post-survey taking about 10 to 15 minutes each, and participate in six one-hour small group meetings in March, April and May. The meetings will be either in-person or virtual and led by two trained facilitators who will lead discussions using intentional prompts on different topics at each meeting.

If you are a physician, a nurse or a manager and are interested in participating in this initial pilot program please submit a registration request or contact ohsuwellbeing@ohsu.edu with questions. If you have specific questions about the study, email the principal investigator, Megan Furnari (furnari@ohsu.edu).

Create or update your faculty profile

OHSU encourages faculty or staff members to create an online profile that appears on the www.ohsu.edu website.

Your profile is a place to share your faculty appointment and/or other titles, your resume, publications and key accomplishments. The profiles are extremely useful to colleagues, administrators, students, donors and other stakeholders both internally at OHSU and externally. Remember to keep it updated, especially if you have a change in title or faculty rank.

You can find the step-by-step guide for creating or updating your OHSU People profile on OHSU Now.
