Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

  1. They do not see patients.

Dr. Noble joined the Department of Emergency Medicine in July 2015 as an Emergency Medicine Toxicology Fellow after completing his medical school and residency all at OHSU. He enjoys bicycling, playing soccer, international travel, and spending time with his family.
