Dr. Powers’ presentation and experience is based on the Joy in Work Model from the Institute of Healthcare Improvement, that includes the question, “What Matters to you? He has incorporated a focus of Trust, Respect, Psychological Safety, Relationships, Teamwork, Camaraderie and Gratitude into his interactive presentation. He will provide tips, tools and resources to improve your Joy in Work.
