Join us for the second session in our series focused on clinical teaching skills. Leila Zuo, M.D., Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine and Associate Program Director for the residency program, will lead this workshop, after which participants will be able to:
- Define feedback and its importance for learning
- Discuss the ADAPT tool for providing feedback
- Identify at least one strategy to navigate difficult feedback with learners
