The Hematopathology Section at OHSU consists of seven hematopathologists. As a section, we provide complete evaluation of lymph nodes, bone marrows, and other tissue specimens for lymphomas, leukemias, and other hematologic disorders.
We offer flow cytometry, an extensive immunohistochemical laboratory, as well as access to a large variety of FISH probes, conventional cytogenetics and molecular tests. Many of these assays can be done on paraffin as well as fresh/frozen tissue. Please feel free to contact us at anytime regarding questions about specimen handling or specific questions about available tests.
