About me

Dr. Natasha Polensek is a general pediatrician. She directs a clinic for children with severe obesity and obesity-related disorders and is interested in a community-wide approach to working on this issue. She also is a founding board member of Health Bridges International, a Portland-based nonprofit that performs health-related and medical projects in several countries, with a concentration in Peru. She spent several years traveling the globe and working on various projects, but returned to Portland to be a doting aunt to her niece and nephew.

When she's not working, Dr. Polensek enjoys reading, dancing, camping and tai chi.

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher. Visit the billing and insurance section of our site for more information.
