Director, Professional and Career Development, Mentorship & Career Design, Office of Educational Improvement & Innovation

Through my work at OHSU, I lead centralized career and professional development for educators and learners in a team called Mentorship and Career Design (MCD) within the Office of Educational Improvement and Innovation (EII). My goal is to advance career and professional development at OHSU which cultivates professional aspirations and opportunities for all members of our academic community.

In addition to coaching and training educators and learners, I lead the Career Development Workgroup which engages and serves as a hub for communication, collaboration, and resourcing of our career education community. In partnership with our Alumni Association I co-manage OHSU Greenhouse, our exclusive platform to connect students, alumni, faculty, and staff. I am especially dedicated to promoting successful and meaningful career outcomes for all of our learners and educators.  

Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, sports, live music, and spending time with my family.
