Dr. Loggers is a Professor of Medical Oncology and Sarcoma Program Director at Knight Cancer Institute at OHSU. 

Elizabeth received an M.D. and Ph.D. in Health Services Research from University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Elizabeth went on to complete Internal Medicine Residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and Medical Oncology Fellowship at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, both in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Loggers practiced at Fred Hutch Cancer Center in Seattle, Washington for more than 15 years, specializing in treating all forms of sarcoma. During that time, Dr. Loggers acted as the clinical and research director for sarcoma, led numerous clinical trials (including studies focused on developing new T-cell immunotherapies), and authored more than 100 publications. Elizabeth is excited to be leading the OHSU Sarcoma team and to continue to identify and test new therapies to cure all types of sarcoma.
