ORH is a resource that helps match primary care providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, and more) with organizations that provide primary care services throughout Oregon’s rural and urban underserved health care communities. We connect candidates to the most compatible opportunities and communities in which to live and work.​

A critical part of our mission is building relationships with the following organizations:​

  • Area Health Education Centers (AHECs)​
  • The National Health Service Corps​
  • Tribal settings (Indian Health Service or self-governed)​

Introduction to the InReach Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program | March 14, 2024

This webinar is an introduction to the Washington Association for Community Health's InReach on-the-job Medical Assistant Apprenticeship training program. The Registered Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program is a 12-month program that prepares students to take the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) test through the National Health Career Association. The State of Oregon has approved it as an equivalent to an MA-C program at a community or technical college. Presented by Arielle Long.
