Welcome to the OHSU CAP Fellowship Program

Welcome to the Oregon Health & Science University Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Training Program. If you are reading this letter, then we hope you are considering a career in child and adolescent psychiatry, seeking a graduate medical education experience that will foster your growth as a compassionate, thoughtful, and effective physician. Further we imagine you are wondering what kind of a place this (OHSU, Portland) is, what we do, why we do it, and if we can help you reach your goals. We hope our website makes it clear that we wish to champion trauma-informed, collaborative practice in meeting the mental healthcare needs of young people and families.
The faculty and fellows’ interests, clinical work, and research projects are constantly evolving—and the website may not keep pace with all of our new efforts. As such, we invite you to email us questions, visit with us at psychiatry grand rounds or consider meeting in person.
