What I love about Portland: the greenery, four distinct seasons, and the cozy feel that reminds me of central Chile, plus incredible views like Mt. Hood over the Willamette

Hobbies: anime, films, manga, gaming, working out, and hands-on hobbies like knife throwing and jewelry making

What I love about Portland: The nature is incredible, people are friendly, and it's a great place to have a niche hobby or interest. Bike commuting is possible year round because of Portland's amazing bike infrastructure. 

Hobbies: soccer, biking, making music, and going to concerts

What I love about Portland: The community of individuals who work at OHSU is one of my favorite aspects of living and working in Portland! Additionally, I love Portland's proximity to beautiful wilderness areas.

Hobbies: gardening, rock climbing, skiing, basketball

What I love about Portland: The greenery, easy access to lots of nature, the huge food scene/cafe culture, how friendly people are, and even the rainy season!

Hobbies: chilling with my cat, hiking, weightlifting, trying out new restaurants/coffee shops, traveling, practicing acro-yoga, and thrifting

What I love about Portland: So much! For example, time and again, Portland is rated one of the best cities in the country for food. (We won best bakery at the James Beard awards in 2025!) Also, the thrifting scene comes correct and there is easy access to a diversity of terrain (mountains, forests, ocean, high desert) for hiking, camping, etc.

Hobbies: singing, hiking, yoga, video games, being a huge Game Changer fan
