About me

Dr. Lin’s clinical and research interests are in neurogastroenterology and esophageal disease, including prevention and management of the complications of GERD, eosinophilic esophagitis, and other causes of dysphagia.  He has previously published in areas including the reliability and geographical variability of SIBO breath testing, factors that impact measurements in esophageal manometry, medical education, and patient communication.  He has also worked with the Clinical Outcomes Research Initiative (CORI) database to assess endoscopic outcomes in low risk GERD patients, with a focus on Barrett’s esophagus.
