Biography
I’m a cardiologist specializing in the diagnosis and management of heart conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, hypertension, atrial fibrillation, and valvular heart disease.
I was born and raised in Asunción, Paraguay, and during medical school, I completed rotations at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where I discovered my passion for cardiology.
After graduating from the Universidad Nacional de Asunción, I completed my residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Research at Rush University. I then completed my cardiology fellowship at the University of Illinois in Peoria before joining the OHSU HMC cardiology team.
