Eliza Haddeland, M.S. (she/her)

Biography

Eliza joined the Center for Health Systems Effectiveness in 2021 and works to coordinate the center’s Medicaid policy research projects, which include qualitative and mixed-methods studies on state Medicaid programs and public policy innovations. Her interests include public health program evaluations relating to food and nutrition, substance use disorders and stable housing. She holds a Master’s degree in nutrition interventions, communication and behavior change from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. Before coming to CHSE, she worked as an evaluation coordinator at a large safety net hospital in Boston.
