Dr. Gandhi specializes in caring for adults with hematologic malignancies, including myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) and acute leukemias. She leads a dedicated transplant clinic for patients with MPNs, providing comprehensive care across the transplant continuum.

Dr. Gandhi has advanced training in blood and marrow transplantation and cellular therapy. Her clinical and research interests focus on developing innovative graft-engineering platforms to reduce graft-versus-host disease in rare hematologic malignancies. She is committed to improving both outcomes and quality of life for transplant recipients as well as their caregivers.

In addition to her clinical and research work, Dr. Gandhi leads several initiatives aimed at improving access to transplant and cellular therapy. These efforts include expanding early HLA typing and donor search programs, advancing telemedicine strategies to increase access to specialized care in underserved and remote communities, and developing multidisciplinary supportive care programs, including dedicated physical therapy services for transplant patients.

Her passion for patient care, innovation, and clinical research continues to drive her commitment to advancing the field and improving the lives of patients with blood cancers.

Outside of work, Dr. Gandhi enjoys hiking in the Columbia Gorge and biking with her family.
