The neonatal intensive care team at Doernbecher combines experience with nurturing care for newborns. We offer:

  • Expertise: Our neonatology doctors (newborn specialists) are leading experts in caring for babies with complex conditions.
  • Care around the clock: Our team includes nurses, respiratory therapists, physician associates and others to provide 24/7 monitoring and care for your baby. 
  • Access to specialists: Your baby will have access to any specialist needed. Doernbecher offers highly skilled surgeons, heart doctors and many others.
  • Support after you go home: The therapists and dietitian in our Neonatal Transition Clinic can help you make sure your baby is thriving.
