Accessibility Information

Parking

The parking garage entrance for Crossings Building B is on SW 1st Avenue (map). There are four accessible parking spaces near the west elevator and four near the east elevator. If possible, park near the clinic you are visiting.

Van-accessible parking is available in the Building A parking lot, which you can enter from SW 1st Avenue. There are three van-accessible spaces. After parking, proceed left toward SW 1st Avenue. Turn right at the corner of the building and proceed to the courtyard, then follow the signs to Crossings Building B.

Public transit

If you arrive at TriMet bus stop 143 on SW Arthur Street, use the crosswalk to reach the corner of SW Arthur Street and SW 1st Avenue. Follow the sidewalk on SW 1st Avenue to the ramp leading to the courtyard. Then follow the signs to Crossings Building B.

Rideshare

If you are using a taxi or rideshare service, ask the driver to enter the parking garage and drop you off near the elevator closest to your clinic. Drivers do not have to pay a fee if they leave within 15 minutes.

Building Entry and Intercoms

The main building entrances are open Mondays through Fridays from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Inside, each clinic entrance has an intercom. If the clinic door is locked, use the intercom on the right side of the door to request entry. Touch the screen at the bottom of the intercom and select your clinic or department. When the door unlocks, the badge reader will flash and you will hear a click. You can then open the door and enter.
