Thank you for your interest in the OHSU/Portland VA Medical Center Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program. We participate in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Instructions for completing and submitting the ERAS application can be found on the ERAS fellowship website. Your application must include: 

• A personal statement
• Three recent (dated within last 12 months) letters of recommendation, including one from your Program Director
• Medical School Performance Evaluation (MSPE) or ECFMG certificate (for foreign medical graduates)

We participate in the National Residency Matching Program and are bound by their regulations and calendar. We will begin reviewing applications in early-August. Selected applicants will be invited to interview virtually and interviews will conclude in October.
