  • Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, School of Medicine

About me

Dr. Colasurdo has practiced Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the Eugene area since 1990, with a 10 year maternity break, both in private practice, and consulting at various community mental health agencies and the University of Oregon Health Center. She is an adjunct assistant professor at OHSU involved in training DBPeds fellows, and in consulting to prescribers all over Oregon to facilitate children and teen access to mental health treatment. Dr. Colasurdo has a particular interest in the impact of trauma across the developmental spectrum.

Dr. Colasurdo enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and children, and now grandchildren. She has recently resurrected her interest in ballet, which she avidly participated in until medical school, and is taking online classes through Eugene Ballet Academy.
