Very attentive to detail, asked questions, make sure I'm feeling comfortable. Hard to think of everything right now, but great with the surgery that I had three years ago as well. Thank you.

Dr. Pommier left every opportunity for me to heal without having to go to extreme measures. At the point when he took time at my appointment, to take a step forward, he actually enhanced my healing ability. He did believe in my ability to heal without doing the procedure and I really respect the opportunity to not have to go through new procedures until it was absolutely necessary. Dr. Pommier did find that it was necessary, after giving me weeks and weeks of opportunity to prove otherwise, and took the correct measures, I believe. Thank you for your time.

Dr. Pommier is probably my very best friend on the whole planet. For the last 17 years he's watched over my case. He's watched over me. He's held my hand. He's talked me down when I've been upset. He's been my best bud. I would recommend him to anybody who has carcenoid cancer would recommend him to anybody anytime anywhere.

this is my first experience with OHSU and I'm pleased to say that is was a very good one. From checking in to meeting with the surgeon everything went very smoothly, everyone was professional and cordial. Dr. Pommier did aan excellent job of explaining what was going on based on the limited information he had on hand. When I left, I wasn't as stressed. I'm hopeful that the necessary surgery as well as my hospital stay continues this experience especially when I've not had any type of overnight surgery nor have I spent any overnight time in any hospital.

Dr. Pommier and staff were most helpful and considerate in evaluating my postoperative welfare.
