Vicky Wintheiser provides supports to CEDAR funding programs with a focus on post funding requirements for research teams funded by CEDAR.  She also manages CEDAR's internal funding management platform, with a focus on enhancements,  process improvements and technical support. 

 She received a Bachelors of Science degree in Social & Behavioral Sciences, with a certificate in Human Resources Management from Linfield College.
