Shanjida Khan holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Drew University and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Oregon Health & Science University, where she trained under the mentorship of Dr. Yifan Jian at the Center of Ophthalmic Optics and Lasers at the Casey Eye Institute. Her work centers on optical imaging, with a focus on optical coherence tomography.
