Biography

I’m a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who helps support adults of all ages. My approach combines diagnostic evaluations, individualized medication management and evidence-based therapy. I also emphasize collaborative treatment planning and patient education. My goal is to support both symptom relief and long-term well-being with a holistic perspective.

I graduated from the University of California, San Francisco, and have more than 14 years of experience in community-based care. I’m dual board-certified in both psychiatric-mental health and adult primary care, which allows me to consider the whole picture of a person’s health.

Over the years, I’ve worked in outpatient psychiatry, intensive case management and behavioral health integration programs. I’ve also had the privilege of mentoring students and collaborating on innovative models of care that improve access and safety.
