At OHSU, Dr. Roff works in the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) and OPAL programs. Former roles include Medical Director of DBT Services at Cascadia Health and Medical Director at New Narrative. Dr. Roff brings a unique perspective to psychiatry shaped by her earlier career as a professor of literature. Her background continues to inform her work through a deep appreciation for the ways in which stories and memory shape people's lives. She earned her medical degree from OHSU and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine, where she received specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Outside of work, she enjoys writing, gardening, and the landscapes of the Pacific Northwest.
