Paul Bonney, M.D.

Biography

Dr. Paul Bonney is an emergency psychiatrist at Unity Center for Behavioral Health, where he joined as faculty following completion residency at Oregon Health & Science University in 2023. While there, he served as chief resident during his final year of training. 
 
Dr. Bonney's interests include narrative medicine, teaching, and promoting wellness among patients as well as colleagues. He has been involved in a variety of narrative medicine and resiliency initiatives at OHSU, as well as served as a leader in facilitating peer-to-peer suicide prevention training and support. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors in the beautiful PNW, and playing/performing music.
