Patrick Caldwell provides management and administration for various personnel-related programs at CEDAR, including offboarding and promotion, and serves at CEDAR's liason to Knight Cancer Institute Human Resources. He received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and joins CEDAR from Portland Community College, where he worked as an administrative assistant for noncredit health care training programs.
