Biography

Mina Colon joined the Center for Health Systems Effectiveness in 2021 after working as a lecturer in the Public Health Department at Hawaii Pacific University. Prior to CHSE, her research covered a wide breadth of focuses (including family planning, mental health, health policy, and access to health services) and populations. Within the center, she helps supports WA state and OR Medicaid Projects. She is a current doctoral student at OHSU-PSU SPH exploring social service and health care delivery systems research.
