M. Eliza Kaiser, RN, BSN, CCRN (she/her)

Biography

Eliza joined OHSU in 2016 and worked as a Medical Intensive Care Unit Staff RN until January 2023.  While working in the ICU, she was a member of the Adult ECLS team, participated in UBNPC, and spearheaded an ICU wide initiative to reduce hospital acquired infections such as CLABSI, CAUTI, and CDI.  In January of 2023, she joined the General Pulmonology Outpatient Clinic at OHSU as the clinic RN.  While in this role, she also supported the growth of OHSU's Interventional Pulmonology and Lung Nodule Clinics.  Starting in October 2023, Eliza now focuses her energy on the growth of the Interventional Pulmonology and Lung Nodule Clinics as the RN Navigator.  

Prior to moving to Oregon, Eliza enjoyed copious sunshine and outdoor activities in Austin, TX.  She was a professional ballet dancer before pursuing her BSN in Nursing at Texas A&M University and landed her first nursing job at Baylor Scott & White's mixed ICU in Round Rock, TX in 2015.
