Biography

Megan Stack is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in chronic kidney disease and transplant nephrology. She joined Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in 2017 after several years in private nephrology practice and earlier experience with the New York Presbyterian Weill-Cornell transplant program. Earlier in her career, Megan worked in dual-diagnosis mental healthcare, providing care for both adolescents and adults.
