Megan McGhean is the Family Medicine Department Administrator for Oregon Health & Sciences University in Portland Oregon. She has been with the department since 2001 and in this role since 2015. The Department has around 600 employees which includes close to 225 faculty members spread out over 11 clinic locations that range from Scappoose to Hillsboro to Klamath Falls Oregon. 

Megan has helped the department develop a strategic plan, a diversity plan, faculty compensation plans and has also been involved in additional projects and initiatives related to patients, the community, and professional development for faculty and staff.  With her graphic facilitation and recording abilities, she can capture many wonderful ideas with only markers and drawing paper. These skills only enhance what she most enjoys, bringing people together through fun and creativity.
