Marina Mezey, M.D. (she/her)
Biography
Dr. Marina Mezey is originally from the East Coast but has called Portland her home for the past 14 years. She attended college in Chicago, then medical school at Drexel University in Philadelphia before moving out to the Pacific Northwest to complete her internship and residency in Family Medicine at OHSU. She has spent the past 20 years working as a primary care physician in a variety of practices and locations including a federally qualified health center(FQHC) in Bronx NY, a farmworker clinic in the Hudson Valley and a large mission driven patient-centered medical home practice here in Portland. Her interests include preventive care, women’s health, and chronic disease management.
She feels honored and excited to return to OHSU and looks forward to caring for the students and postdoctoral students and their partners here at Student Health and Wellness.
When not at work, she enjoys time with her 2 kids and husband, 3 cats and a dog. She enjoys hiking and biking.
