- Fetal Program Director
Biography
I am a health care leader with over 18 years of experience dedicated to the growth and management of complex maternal-fetal and pediatric specialty programs. As the Program Director for the Fetal Care Program at OHSU's Doernbecher Children's Hospital, I oversee clinical workflow design, program governance and the expansion of regional and national referral networks.
I strive to integrate clinical strategy with operational excellence to improve patient access. My career includes positions at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Center for Fetal Diagnosis & Treatment, where I was instrumental in establishing trusted relationships with providers and patient advocacy organization, expanding regional and national utilization of program services and accelerating awareness of novel fetal interventions. I am a published author on fetal program development and am nationally certified in patient experience.
My goal is to ensure that the clinical and operational 'engine' of the Fetal Care Program runs flawlessly so that families can focus entirely on their pregnancy journey. I believe in a model of 'seamless integration'—where interdisciplinary collaboration, streamlined intake and clear communication come together to remove the hurdles often found in complex healthcare. By prioritizing patient access and provider engagement, we ensure that every family receives the right care at the right time, supported by the full strength of OHSU’s world-class specialists.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, running, paddleboarding and exploring the Pacific Northwest with my pup at my side.
