Biography
I am a pediatric cardiologist in Medford, Oregon. I treat children with congenital heart defects, pediatric dyslipidemia (high levels of fats in the bloodstream) and provide Fontan care for patients who have had the Fontan procedure.
My patients feel like an extension of my own family. I’m deeply honored and humbled by the trust parents place in me to care for their children with heart conditions. I believe it’s important to take the time to ensure every family I meet with feels heard and supported—that their questions are answered, their fears addressed and our conversations are clear. Caring for children with congenital heart defects can be incredibly complex and stressful, and I truly believe that the best care—and the best outcomes—come from making decisions together, with each family’s unique needs in mind.
Outside of work, I’m a mom to three active boys, two dogs and two cats. My husband and I are both native Oregonians, and as a family we love being outdoors, wake surfing, discovering new restaurants, traveling internationally, and winding down with movie nights. We’re big Oregon Ducks fans, though we still have a soft spot for the Beavers—most of our family roots for them!
