I am a Community Research Liaison & Cancer Control Specialist at OHSU. I help promote culturally respectful support for Tribal communities navigating OHSU cancer research and care.

I serve as a community-based liaison between the Knight Cancer Institute’s Community Outreach, Research and Engagement team, where we have worked with the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs on a cancer project since 2024. I help to coordinate various aspects of the project in the community.

My experience in working with the Warm Springs community allows me to help build connections to off-reservation resources. I have been impressed with the health-related work done by other tribes that I learned of through national conferences. 

When I’m not working, I enjoy the variety of community events available in Warm Springs and Central Oregon. I was raised in Warm Springs and have deep connections to the families here. I enjoy watching the children as they blossom over the years.
