Biography

As a Technology team member, responsible for all phases of systems-level projects to implement, administer, configure, support, and document library systems.

Participates in the management of the Alma library management system and Primo discovery service.  Participates in the support and troubleshooting of issues reported by patrons on accessing library electronic resources and services.

Leads the management of EZproxy and its interoperability with core library systems, including ILLiad Interlibrary Loan service, Alma LinkResolver service.  Supports the access to and management of libraries’ electronic resources.

Serves as the ILS lead/technical specialist for library services related to campus-wide identity and access management.

Provides application support and maintenance to existing library applications. Performs analysis of existing applications for simplification or enhanced functionality. Creates customized scripts and web interfaces to support application needs of staff.

Serves as one of library liaisons to OHSU Information Technology Group to ensure library information systems effectively interoperate with the University’s broader academic enterprise computing infrastructure, and to assure functionality of hardware and software of public and staff computers, printers, and equipment in the Library. 

Develops and/or edits web pages related to library systems and technologies.

Prepares and maintains library equipment budget.
