Lena Teplitsky, M.P.H. (she/her)

Biography

Lena brings two decades of experience strengthening systems of care for children, youth, and families across Oregon. Through roles spanning direct service, program development, and systems improvement, she has built partnerships across health care, government, education, and community organizations to address complex challenges and improve outcomes for youth and families.

Lena’s professional and lived experience has reinforced her belief that meaningful change happens when services are built around relationships, trust, and the realities families face every day. They also led her to NICH, a model she sees as a critical part of the continuum of care for youth with the most complex medical and social needs.

At NICH, Lena works to strengthen strategic partnerships, increase access to NICH services for youth and families, and support the adoption of approaches that help families navigate fragmented systems and achieve better health outcomes.

Outside of work, Lena enjoys cooking, exploring Oregon’s forests and waterways, and bringing people together around a shared table.
