LeAnn Michaels is a Research Administrator with Care Management Plus (CMP), supporting CMP’s research and operational mission. Her work focuses on advancing the CMP research agenda through project and program management, grant administration, and research operations. She manages CMP’s portfolio of grants and contracts related to care management, health information technology (HIT), care coordination, quality measurement, and pragmatic trial design. She helps coordinate complex projects, align resources with team goals, and support effective communication and professional development across multidisciplinary research teams.

Prior to joining CMP, she worked at the Oregon Rural Practice-based Research Network directing multi-site clinical trials. Outside of work, LeAnn enjoys exploring the outdoors on hiking trails, getting lost in a good book, watching movies, and spending an evening playing games.
