Kristen co-founded and scaled nonprofit organizations and led complex global health and development initiatives while living and working in Nepal, Afghanistan, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Her career has focused on building strategic partnerships, strengthening organizations and community systems, and translating evidence-informed approaches into sustainable practice. At NICH, she leads strategic partnerships, growth, and implementation efforts that help healthcare systems and payers expand access to evidence-informed care, improving outcomes for youth and families with complex care and health-related social needs.

Outside of work, she enjoys teaching movement classes, dragon boat racing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
