Kate Peak is a Research Project Manager focused on advancing data-informed care coordination solutions across behavioral health sites in Oregon. She collaborates closely with community-based partners to strengthen connections between data, practice, and patient care, with the goal of improving health outcomes and addressing gaps in service delivery through data interoperability.

Kate brings experience supporting population health research, including work with the OHSU Department of Family Medicine on studies focused on individuals with multiple chronic conditions. Her background includes work to strengthen clinician and patient research teams with the National Network of Public Health Institutes and examining the impacts of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Earlier in her career, she worked as a neighborhood center organizer and AmeriCorps member, experiences that continue to inform her commitment to community-engaged research.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of New Orleans and a Master of Public Health from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, connecting with her extended family, reading, cooking, and making pottery.
