Biography

My research, community involvement and clinical practice revolve around health equity.  I was project manager of Advancing Health Equity through Student Empowerment &Professional Success (HealthE STEPS), funded by Health Resources & Services Administration Nursing Workforce Diversity grant from 2017-2021.  I am currently working on a study identifying barriers to admission to nursing schools applicants.
