Biography
Dr. Wilson wears a number of hats. She runs the medical student rotations in child neurolgy. She is the head of the pediatric stroke program, navigating the stressful but fascinating world of managing acute stroke and enrolling patients in multicenter research studies. She also spends some of her time at Shriner's Hospital for Children seeing children with tone disorders and cerebral palsy, including performing botulinum toxin injections and managing baclofen pumps. Finally, she has a neurodevelopment clinic where she gets to see some of the most interesting cases, work with rehabilitation specialists, and watch kids grow and develop over many years.
Her personal interests include trail running, baking adventures (currently - croissants), jigsaw puzzles, and kettle corn.
