Biography
Dr. Jacob Lythgoe is an Assistant Professor in the Body Imaging section of the Department of Diagnostic Radiology. He attended medical school at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix and completed a Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Vermont Medical Center, before returning to the west coast for a Body Imaging fellowship at OHSU. Clinically, Dr. Lythgoe interprets all modalities of abdominopelvic imaging including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, and Radiography, and also performs image guided procedures including biopsies and aspirations.
Outside of his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Lythgoe is interested in medical student and resident education, including the incorporation of simulation-basedtraining. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young children, playing games, and reading.
