Emma Young is a Clinical Research Associate with Care Management Plus at OHSU and manages multi-site research studies focused on improving care coordination in people with multiple chronic conditions through digital health technology, including electronic health record integration, clinical decision support, and patient-facing applications. Her work spans study design and operations, regulatory oversight, engaging stakeholders, and dissemination of research findings, with a particular interest in translating evidence-based interventions into routine clinical practice.

Emma earned a B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Mississippi and an M.S. in Health Studies from the University of Memphis. Before joining Care Management Plus, she worked in the OHSU and VA Departments of Neurology supporting multiple sclerosis clinical trials and previously completed research at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital focused on balance impairment in survivors of pediatric brain tumors.

Her research interests include improving healthcare access, leveraging digital health technologies to support patients and clinicians, and developing scalable interventions that improve health outcomes for individuals with chronic conditions.
