Biography

Dr. Tailor is a Research Assistant Professor at the Center for Experimental Therapeutics within the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute. His research primarily focuses on cancer biology, examining the molecular mechanisms of treatment resistance and the development of targeted therapies. His work has led to the development of first-in-class small-molecule inhibitors targeting Enolase 1 (ENO1), Y-box binding protein (YBX1), Heat shock protein 90 (HSP90), and Guanylate Binding Protein 1 (GBP1)—critical regulators of resistance.
