I support strategic planning efforts for workforce development initiatives including the OHSU 30-30-30 initiative. OHSU’s 30-30-30 initiative aims to increase the number of graduates from select programs by 30% and to increase the diversity of our student body to 30% by the year 2030.

What I enjoy most about my role is working with an incredibly talented and diverse group of leaders and educators across the OHSU education mission. For example, I collaborate with the marketing team on marketing our academic programs, I support administrative departments with growing their teams and expanding their services, and I partner with our schools to support strategic growth efforts.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and swimming with a local Master's swim team.
