Conor joined CHSE in February 2023 to provide data science and data engineering services for the T-MSIS analytic files. He has a B.S. in computer engineering from Oregon State University and an M.P.A. from the University of Washington. Prior to working at CHSE, he worked in data science roles at the Evans Policy Analysis and Research Group and the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation, both at the University of Washington.
