Biography

Research interests: My current research seeks to understand the effects of ageing on lens gap junctions and their native membrane environment. I use techniques in cryo-electron microscopy (cryoEM) to investigate gap junction channel structure and high-order assembly in the context of lens homeostasis and cataract.
