Augusto is a graduate in Biological Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires. There, he completed his thesis on the genetics of pituitary hormone deficiency at the Perez Millan Lab. Augusto then moved to Germany and continued his career studying transcription replication conflicts at the Hamper Lab in Helmholtz Munich. He is currently a PhD student at Saldivar Lab working on the mediator complex and transcriptional condensates.
